Having had a series of top 10 albums in the UK, Jon brings some great experience to the show. It was clear that Ben wanted to get as much out of him as possible as he crammed in a load of topics. Moving cities is something we've covered on previous episodes, however this time we hear why moving to the capital might not be the best idea.

Learning skills yourself is a big theme of the podcast, and even the big bands like Everything Everything have strong elements of DIY, with many of their videos being directed by Jon. Band identity, touring, and licencing music also get a look in to yet another brilliant and wide ranging discussion with someone who is out there doing what they love day in day out.

The good cause this week is the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM), who are leading a movement against male suicide, the single biggest killer of men under 45 in the UK.
